So now I am going to a rheumatologist, and she is absolutely amazing!! My arthritis has now spread and is in my ankles, knees, hips, back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists and thumbs. So it's pretty much everywhere.

But on monday I am taking Humira, which I am scared about because it's a horribly painful shot taken biweekly for 6 months. However, it's supposed to be a very good medication, that is if you don't develop cancer or serious infections from it, which aren't uncommon. But my doctor said the I have a Juvenile Spondyloarthropy, most likely Psoriatic Arthritis because my dad has it, but I don't have any of the skin problems with it.

It's hard for me to climb up stairs, but I don't want to take the elevator at school, so I'm not sure what I am going to do. My doctor wants me to talk to all of my teachers and my counselor about my arthritis so they will know what to expect, and I'm nervous about that too. School is in one week and two days, and I have to let everybody know before then. The good thing about this is that it is considered a disability (and definitely agree), which means scholarships and stuff for college!! :D

I'm excited about school though. The work and seeing all of my friends again! I'm taking 4 Pre-AP classes, 1 AP class, Anatomy&Physiology, Health Science 1, Psychology and Sociology!! I can't wait!!! :D I'm not taking athletics though, because of my arthritis. That's going to be hard once soccer season starts. I think I might take up acting (like in musical theater), maybe singing and drumming, and possibly swimming.

But even though I am going through all this pain, I'm still loving life(:

So tomorrow I am getting my braces off!!! After 2 and a half years!! :D

And then thursday I have a rheumatologist appointment to see if my other doctor was right about me having Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. I'm actually excited because they might be able to fix (or at least manage) all of this, so maybe I won't be in excruciating pain everyday!

My dad finally agreed to let me paint my room!! I think I 'm going to have the accent wall be a mint green, since my room has a black and white theme.

I have decided that for applying to college I need to have a hobby other than sports. So I want to take voice lessons and learn how to play the acoustic guitar!! Sounds fun, right?

School is in four weeks, so I am going to go on a diet and go SHOPPING(:

My mom, sister and I planned a day where we are all going to go get mani pedis, get our hair cut (and mine died), get our eyebrows done and go shoe and clothes shopping!! woohoo!! :D

Lately I haven't been able to sleep, so last night I was watching celebrity interviews on Youtube. And I discovered Lauren Graham!! She is the funniest person ever.. no joke! Her and Ellen should have their own talk show together, they are both soo funny!! :D So now my favorite actress list has been updated: Lauren Graham, Piper Perabo, Lea Michele and Selena Gomez!!

Speaking of Selena Gomez, I saw Ramona and Beezus and it was a GREAT movie!! I laughed and cried, and all of the actors in it did a phenomenal job!! I would definitely recommend it to all ages! It has a great message, romance, comedy and so much more!! Plus it's rated G so everyone can see it!! Seriously, go watch it!! :D

Random and Bored

So, I am having major Glee withdraws. The second season needs to start, and it needs to start now. I can't wait to see Lea and Cory (Rachel and Finn) on my favorite show ever again!!

I've been doing some school clothes shopping and now I'm going on a diet after 2 days more of eating what I want. That will give me about a month to get ready for school. Since I am going to have my brand new, brace-less teeth, I might as well be thinner too, right? And if I lose 20 pounds, I get a whole new wardrobe!! :D

So anyway, now that Glee isn't on, I have found a new show to watch!! It's called Covert Affairs on the channel USA. It's like a spy romance-y action drama show. Haha I'm sure you know what I'm talking about, right?

I've also discovered that I am pretty good at giving advice. Although I have learned how to from my friend who is the best advice-giver (is that a word? lol) ever. Like no joke.

July 14th

So I went to the doctor yesterday and apparently I have stopped growing. I'm only 5 foot 2!!!!! ugh. Oh well, I'm short. What can I say? haha. But anyway, I got my blood taken and now I have huge bruise!! Haha, my friends named it Bruce. I also found out that I have severe TMJ (a jaw disease where it clicks and pops out all the time. I know, gross right?) and Carpal Tunnel (pretty much inflamed tendons in your wrist that make your hand, wrist and elbow numb and painful). Oh joy. Since volleyball tryouts are in two weeks, I guess that means no volleyball. My doctor also told me that I probably have Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis (he's the second doctor to tell me this), which means I'm going to a rheumatologist in two weeks. I also have a sinus infection. Great doctors visit, right? haha. But there's also good news!! After having had my braces on for two and a half years, I am finally getting them off in two weeks!!! :D Success. I would recommend actually wearing your rubber bands when they tell you to, because no matter how much you fake it, they always know!! It's ridiculous!!! But they gave me these new rubber bands, and they zig-zag through all of the brackets, so you can't open your mouth!! It's soo weird!

I finished my book today. It was pretty good! It was the book "The Fall" in the Cherub series by Robert Muchamore. It's like the 7th book, but the series is really good, you should check it out!! I also got ooVoo and Skype accounts today because all of my friends have them, and so now we can all video chat! :D I went to Six Flags on Monday, it was so much fun!! I won two stuffed animals!!! They're two baby chickens (one's yellow, one's white) with life savers around them and those sun glasses with slits in them. Sooo cute :D Everybody else was winning Jamaican bananas. But I couldn't seem to win one :/ I'm ready for school to start so that all of my friends and I will be together again!!

So yesterday I bought a new hamster!! His name is Waldo. He looks like a shrunken cow. Waldo is suicidal. He likes to climb to the top level of his cage and jump off. And apparently hamsters are nocturnal, because he only sleeps during the day when I want to play with him. And let me just tell you that grumpy, sleepy hamsters are not nice hamsters. And at night, like at 3 am, he likes to run around on his little hamster wheel and make tons of noise. He's soo cute though!! He's a dwarf hamster so he fits in the palm or my hand. Waldo is one month old, I think that's like 17 in human years, because he is quite moody. But I love him(:

MY FIRST BLOG: ABOUT ME :D

Hey I'm Bailey and this is my first blog(: My blogs are going to be about everything and anything. Every week I will post things that happened and what I did about it, hopefully you will learn from my mistakes or my accomplishments. I'll also post some other random stuff. I guess I'll tell you about myself for this first one.

I live in Texas and have one 13 year old little sister. I love soccer, Glee, Mark Salling and food. I love movies and my favorite actor is (duhh) Mark Salling, and my favorite actresses are Lea Michele, Reese Witherspoon and Rachel McAdams. My favorite food is chicken strips. Haha I don't know why, but I just love 'em. My secret wish is to be Asian and be a spy :D I can listen to country music anytime, anywhere. My favorite Youtube user is ladycookieluck, check it out! My Youtube is WatchTheDailyBailey, I haven't added any videos yet, but I will soon. My favorite colors are navy blue, pink, yellow and mint green. When I get older I want to be a doctor, a pediatric neurologist or endocrinologist. I have two best friends who I can talk to about anything. I think I'm waaay overweight (but everyone says I'm not) so I'm usually on a diet. I'm not popular, just average. I'm a nerd, I like school(: Right now I'm having problems with my joints, and my doctor-specialist-person thinks I might have Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis, which is really scary. I have anxiety. I have only had one boyfriend. Some guys have asked me out but right now it's just too much work to have a boyfriend. I don't talk behind people's backs. I'm researching different religions at the moment, trying to find the truth. Did you know that Muslims and Christians have the same God? . I have never smoked or drank. I care about what people think. I think everyone does, they just don't admit it. I'm very opinionated and I'll tell you like it is. I like a challenge. I love reading poetry or finding cute little quotes. I'm a great liar, haha it's not a very good thing. I love photography, however I'm am not artistic at all. I just realized that I can change the color of the text in these things and I'm really excited :D hahaha. I like to think of myself as funny and a nice person. You can tell me anything and I will keep it a secret. I'm a people pleaser. I don't judge, everyone is unique, and just because they're not like me doesn't mean they're bad. I like to learn new things. I'm smart in the way that I know a lot of things. I'm very clumsy. I'm not an outdoorsy girl, I want to move to the city. My idea of a vacation is relaxing, my family's is not. I say "awh shucks" a lot. I get along better with older people than people my age. I love to babysit. Kids are the cutest. I love to bake, I'm just not very good at it. I put 100% into everything that I do. And that's pretty much all that I can think of about me!
